Abstract. The article explores the theoretical and practical principles of forming innovative strategies for sustainable development of enterprises in the post-crisis economy. The object of the study is the process of strategic innovation management in the context of ensuring long-term competitiveness and socio-economic sustainability of enterprises. The aim of the work is to determine the features of integrating innovative approaches into the strategic management system aimed at achieving sustainable development goals.

The article reveals the theoretical foundations of the formation of innovative strategies, identifies key factors for their effective implementation in the conditions of post-crisis transformation of the economy, and also substantiates practical recommendations for improving strategic management of enterprises. It is shown that innovative strategies for sustainable development are based on a combination of technological, social, environmental and managerial factors that provide synergy between business profitability and its responsibility to society.

The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of such strategies depends on the stability of the institutional environment, the level of digital maturity of the enterprise, leadership, personnel competence and innovation culture. Practical measures are proposed to strengthen the strategic potential of enterprises: implementation of an innovation management system, development of partner clusters, digitalization of management processes and integration of sustainable development principles into strategic planning.
